Community Yoga
We have a warm and welcoming community with positive, compassionate people of all shapes, sizes and genders.
We believe in building each other up and cheering each other on.
We aren’t about being trendy, we keep it fun, real and authentic.
We send a strong message – be the best version of you and welcome you to come as you are, roll out your mat and join us.
The emphasis is on choice
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, guide and direct their own body and choose the options that suit their own self care and wellbeing (rather than feeling that they have to keep up with the class).
Notice, be curious and observe
The simple adaptive practice of posture, movement and breathing builds connection, awareness and curiosity in the current physical and inner experience.
As you flow systematically between the familiar poses you can direct your focus inwards to rediscover your true source of power.
Systematically moving with the breath, in actively challenging fluid movements, holding poses and slow intuitive gentle poses, with sensitivity. Adjusting into the bend or flex without the overwhelm- taking the time to notice ease and comfort in the pose.
There is time for quiet, generalised acceptance and self enquiry during a class. To reestablish feelings of wellbeing and an internal harmonious balance.
We structure the, programs and teaching styles in order for the content to be not only accessible but functional and safe.

The programs cultivate mindfulness, encouraging participants to notice what they are feeling in their bodies as they move with increased body awareness.
The cultivation of positive present moment experiences is all deployed appropriately for the changing needs of participants and to support their experience of self-care.
